AHA High Performance Turbo Pumping Station
AHA Turbo Pump Station/Cart/System
The smartest and most powerful vacuum station/cart in the world, and the solution for R&D built auto high vacuum systems.
Features:
1. New generation turbomolecular pump and primary pump by the most famous and trusted vacuum pump company in the world
2. AHA controller includes turbo pump controller & vacuum gauge functions. Lower cost, but has advanced and luxury functions
3. AHA controller can set the Agilent/Pfeiffer/Leybold/Edwards turbo pump to any rotation speed as needed (30,000rpm to 90,000 RPM) , depends on different brand and model no.. It can also display TMP power consumption, operating current, bearing temperature, TMP failure reason, operating hours, rotation speed, Auto (Protection) Mode, or Manual Mode selection.
4. You can choose to start the TMP in Auto (Protection) Mode or Manual Mode. For example: the User can set the TMP to start at 10 Torr of foreline pressure, and shut down at 20 Torr of foreline pressure. Shutdown will occur in case of power failure, primary pump failure, system leakage, main chamber failure, or other serious failure (any type of bad vacuum) which could damage the TMP.
5. AHA controller can drive, and read the vacuum gauges of, Inficon, Agilent, Philips, the most famous and trusted vacuum gauge companies in the world. It can show 4 channels at the same time. The pressure and TMP data can be recorded and exported in Excel format on a USB memory stick.
6. Global support by exchange service
7. Six relay set points for Auto (Protection) Mode
Dampers Design Pressure Record & TMP Data Storage & Log export via USB
Auto Mode are fuctioned by the pressure sensor Aluminum Plate & High flow cooling fan
